RMD Upset With Blogger Linda Ikeji

Superstar Actor and Politician Richard Mofe Damijo has reacted to the news being reported that he acquired a home in Asaba Delta State Nigeria worth N250m.

The Superstar who turned 51 on 7th of July used Twitter to debunk the rumour and expressed his disappointment over those who reported the news.

"It has been brought to my attention that one Linda Ikeji character who I understand is a gossip has put up a story about my N250m home, ordinarily i will never dignify her type with response  but with texts and BBM  I have received, I'ld  like to sound a warning to her (Linda Ikeji) to desist from fabricating stories about me and get a life". RMD directed his accusations towards popular blogger Linda Ikeji.

Linda Ikeji  was believed to have t reported the story of the alleged N250m property on the 7th of July.

"Knowing the worth of the property is not rocket science and if you find a dignified career path and work hard at it you will be too busy and successful to spread unfounded lies about people" RMD continued.

When asked by a fan if he would treat the case legally, RMD replied"I m exploring that option, thank you".

Woman bites off neighbor's nose and accused her of making her husband deny her sex

“I cannot accept a situation where Yemi is enjoying her husband and mine at the same time thus denying me the opportunity to enjoy my husband,” said Mrs. Ruka Amoha, a mother of three.

Ruka who claimed her husband has denied her sexual intercourse for some months decided to vent her anger on her neighbour, Mrs. Yemi Adelani.

Ruka, who alleged that her husband, Wasiu Amoha, starved her of sex because he was enjoying an amorous affair with their neighbour (Yemi), descended on Yemi and bit off her nose, during an argument at their apartment.

Pastor in court for impregnating a teenager

A Senior Magistrate's Court sitting in Karu, Abuja, yesterday arraigned a pastor and another person for criminal conspiracy, false impersonation, criminal intimidation, criminal force and assault.

The accused are Basil Princewill, the pastor of Mountain Mover Fire Ministry Church, Nyanya, and Pauline Okoh Odey of Block E 7, Flat 1 FCDA Owners Occupier Estate, Nyanya, Abuja.

Boy about 2years old plays on 7th floor balcony, 100f high for over 5 minutes

A toddler came within inches of plummeting 100 feet to his death after climbing on to a high-rise flat balcony as his mother slept inside. 


Dramatic footage showed the two-year-old crawling along, and sitting on, the balcony's ledge eight storeys up, while horrified passers-by looked on.


One terrified onlooker was so concerned that she filmed the boy nonchalantly peering down and dangling his legs over the drop.




Neighbour Debbie Green said: 'I was talking to my son's girlfriend on our front door when she looked up behind me and said: 'there's a baby up there on the balcony.'
'I turned round and saw the kid up there just playing on the balcony with no protection - I thought he was going to fall, I was sure he was going to die.
'The police arrived after about six minutes but it felt like hours - I had to go back in the house to try and calm down because I couldn't watch. 

'I have never felt so scared in all my life, it was horrendous. 
'I couldn't believe someone would let their child do that.
'But they have a chair on the balcony that he was able to use to climb up onto the ledge.'


Debbie's husband John, added: 'After the police went round the father just calmly walked onto the balcony and moved the chair They didn't seem that phased by it all. 
'I'm amazed the kid was able to keep his balance up there. 
'One of our neighbours said he wanted to go and do something, but we realised if he had then the child might have leant to look at us and fallen - so we waited for the police to come.
'There are loads of people who would like to have kids and then there are these people who let their children play on a balcony and ignore them. 
'He's obviously been up there several times before because he was incredibly careful to climb down.'
John said he felt like he was about to film a child's death.
Officers arrived at the block of flats in Wyken, in Coventry, seven minutes later to find the mother and a man asleep inside.
They said she claimed the boy was safe because of the delicate pigeon netting over the balcony.
When approached, the mother claimed she had in fact been in the kitchen, not asleep, while the boy played outside.
She said the doors onto the veranda don't shut properly allowing the boy easy access to the outside world.
Claiming she was 'shocked' when police told her what her son had been doing, she told The Sun: 'I won’t let him out of my sight now. I’d like to thank the neighbours over the way who saw him'


Police are taking no further action.

Nollywood actress Bimbo Akinsanya Aquitted By Court Over Charges Of Conspiracy and Felony

Ikeja – Popular Nollywood actress, Bimbo Akinsanya, was on Monday discharged and acquitted of conspiracy against a general overseer by an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court in Lagos.

The presiding magistrate, Mr Olufemi Isaac, discharged the 34-year-old actress based on the no-case submission advice brought in by the Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

In accordance with the advice submitted by the DPP, the magistrate said that suspicion, no matter how serious, could not be a ground for submission.

Seven Months Old Babay Rescued from Child traffickers By Police In Nigeria

The Delta State Police Command has recovered a seven-month-old boy, three days after the child was stolen from his parents.

The missing child was found at Agbor in Ika South Local Government Area of the state.

The state’s police spokesperson, Charles Muka, said the police had arrested five suspects in connection with the incident.

Drake Gets Booed At BET Awards

Looks Like the dark days of Bad Boy Chris Brown are over and he must have been forgiven by fans for assaulting Rhianna in 2009.

Chris Brown who did not only win best male R & B artist also performed on the night and was warmly welcomed by the crowd.

The atmosphere was completely different when Drake's name, who also won an award, Best Hip Hop artist was mentioned. The Take Care star was not present at the award, but just the mention of his name caused  tension back stage and amongst Browns entourage who were involved in a scuffle at the W.i.P night club in New York last month.

A Publisher Says he Is Ready To Meet CharlyBoy In Court Over Alleged Gay Issues

 

 The controversial story linking the area father, Charly Boy, to gay activities is far from being over. While the former PMAN President has denied the report and even asked his lawyer to sue National Mirrow, a paper owned by popular Billionaire, Jimoh Ibrahim, we gathered that another publisher has declared that he has a "tape" that will expose the truth.

Ed Jatto, the publisher of Danfo Express, has reacted to a press release by Charly Boy on the matter. He said his credibility is at stake and he will not allow anyone to embarrass him. “I find it laughable that Charly Boy is subtly backtracking now,” said Jatto.

“He knows I have the tape, I told him when he asked me, and if he had asked to listen to it then, I wouldn’t have minded playing it to him. As it is now, I am not interested in playing it to him at any kangaroo press conference.

"Charly Boy believes so much in suing people. We all know he has sued National Mirror and now he wants to sue me too. So, I’ll just say he should go ahead and sue and we’ll meet in court where the tape will eventually be played for the whole world to hear,” he assured.

Jatto disclosed that he is also preparing to sue Charly Boy as soon as the truth comes out. “I like men who stick to their words, which he hasn’t done. When the tape is played in court and I’m vindicated, I would press for damages because he has caused me considerable embarrassment. It is too late for him now to start asking me to bring the tape to a press conference," he said.
