Yvonne Okoro has always been know as a very quiet and reserved actress in Ghana where she is based, during the just concluded 8th edition of African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA)The *4Play* actress who was among the nominees for Best actress in a Leading role alongside some other actresses did not win the award but won a lot of admirations from the crowd as she shows a little bit of what her mama gave her.
The actress who holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Linguistics from the University of Ghana, Legon, started her acting career in 2002, with the movie ‘Sticking to the Promise’, produced by Theo Akatugba.
