Man sells Vulture as roasted chicken in Port Harcourt, River State Nigeria

The man in the picture above, was caught trapping Vulture with local stimulant( Snuff) in Onne, Portharcourt, River State and when asked he confessed that he uses the meat for chicken  suya (Barbecue Chicken) and sells it to unsuspecting customers.

He said he started the business by selling chicken but when things got expensive, he resorted to using Vulture meat for suya. According to source, he has been doing this for a long time, which means he has been feeding some PH residents with Vulture meat. Yacckk........

Nollywood actress cum producer, Shan George, clears the air on her alleged romance with 21 year old son of Tee Mac

A few days back, news went viral on social networks that Nollywood star actress, Shan George allegedly slept with four band boys of former PMAN president, Tee Mac Omatsola. It was also reported that she was warned by Tee Mac to stay off his 21-year-old son, who the report said Shan was having a romantic affair with.

The actress cum producer has come out to deny the story. She claimed some people are pained that she is making progress and are out to destroy her reputation:

Nollywood actres/Producer, Uche Jombo scoops double award at the just concluded NAFCA

Nollywood actress Uche Jombo has emerged as the winner of the just concluded Nollywood & African Film Critics Award.(NAFCA)

The award which took place in Raleigh California on 16th September 2012, saw Uche scoop two awards on the night, Best Actress in a leading role in a movie,  Damage and also Best Movie,  Damage, which she also produced.

Chelsea and Super Eagles John Obi Mikel deletes his Twitter account after receiving racist abuse over his error that lead to Juventus equaliser

Mikeal has removed his Twitter account less than 24 hours after his mistake cost Chelsea's victory over Juventus in the opening match of their Champions league defence, following series of racial abuse he was getting from fans for the error that lead to Juventus equaliser 10 mins before the end of the game.

Mikel has since apologised for the error. Chelsea football club has also condemned the abuse and have informed the police about the issue

Revealed, dead boy found in suitcase in Abuja is the son of suspects - Neighbour

It has been revealed that the dead child found in the suitcase in Abuja is actually the son of the suspect,  said the police. The man has been identified as Usman Inuwa a Welder and the dead boys name as Goodluck Inuwa.

Usman who admitted killing the child only said the child's mother abandoned them a few weeks before the killing, but did not give any reason for killing the child, but neighbours think the boy must have died by mistake or he must have done it while on drugs. The police are still investigating.

Well this is according to sources, Shola Thompson and baby Boluwatife are said to be both baby mother and baby of popular Nija singer Ayo Balogun, a.ka Wizkid. It was rumoured last year that he had a son and he never came out to say anything about it. Boluwatife just turned 1 and mother Shola 21 just graduated from Houdegbe North  American University, Republic of Benin.

Cane rats and "shocking" quantities of illegal and "potentially unsafe" meat have been sold to the public in east London, a BBC London undercover investigation has found.

Secret filming in one of the capital's busiest food markets has revealed butchers and food stores prepared to sell large quantities of meat that break food safety laws.

West African and environmental health officer sources told the BBC the Ridley Road Market, in Dalston, was a known hotbed of illicit meat activity, including sales of illegal "smokies", a delicacy made by charring sheep or goat with a blow torch.

List of Super Eagles players to play Liberia, out this week

Super Eagles’ head coach, Stephen Keshi, has promised to, this week, make public the list of players he will invite for the make or mar Nations Cup qualifying tie against the Lone Star of Liberia this week.

According to sources, the former national team skipper stated that the idea was aimed at putting the players in a better frame of mind ahead of the clash slated for U.J Esuene Stadium, Calabar.

“We are aware of the task that is ahead of us in Calabar. So, we want to make sure that everything is put in place and also get the players ready for the game.

“So, I’m planning to make the list of players public this week, but I need to return to Abuja before doing that because I still need to discuss with the officials of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF),” he said.

Keshi, however, declined to disclose the number of foreign and local-based players to be invited, saying that further consultations with his backroom staff needed to be made before taking a final decision.

“We work as a unit and I don’t think it is ideal to reel out the list of players without the input of my assistants. We all have roles to play in it. So, I can assure you that the list will be out this week,” said Keshi.

Popular Nigerian Yoruba actress, Nancy Shaibu has been divorced by her husband of 19 years, a 52 year old businessman, Mr Michael Shaibu.

Nancy Shaibu’s husband who resides at # 4 Moses Emeye Close in Oko Oba, Agege, Lagos State Nigeria file the divorce on the 13th of March, 2012.

According to him, he married her in 1993 and their marriage was solid until she joined the Nigerian movie industry when she started misbehaving and keeping all kinds of men including her co-actors, marketers, director etc. This I got to know through her friends and mobile phones.

Nancy’s husband who thought she will change her adulterous lifestyle waited for so many years before filing for the divorce in March.

He claimed Nancy has packed out of her matrimonial home on several occasions. He tried to question her movements but she fought him. He further said the following:

“Nancy goes out of the house under the pretense that she is going on location and comes back two weeks later.

“At first, she used to give me the address of the location they were using but after she started her adulterous ways, she stopped giving me the address.

“She confessed to me that she was having an affair outside and promised to stop it, which she failed to do.

“I closed my eyes to the things I saw and heard about her because of the love I have for her and the children.”
He claimed Nancy moved out of the house finally in July 2011 leaving all her children behind.

Michael Shaibu asked the court to grant him the full custody of their children whom he had trained without their mother for over 12 months now.

Girl alleged to be mudered by armed robbers was actually mudered by her boy friend

This Update on the murder of Wunmi Adebayo,a Tai Solarin Student will shock you,and this I believe should serve as a lesson to Ladies who run after big boys without knowing the source of their income.

It was reported that Wunmi was killed few days ago by armed robbers at her boyfriend’s apartment in Ijebu O

de.Well,there is a new development in the story now, as her boyfriend has confessed to the Police that he killed Wunmi.

He just didn’t confess, but a source said Wunmi’s parents didn’t believe his story that she was shot by armed robbers, so they had to invoke her spirit (a common practice in many parts of Nigeria, particularly where the circumstances surrounding the death of a person is suspicious. When this is done, the killer is tormented by the spirit of the deceased until he or she confesses.)

So he confessed to the police. According to him, he is an armed robber unknown to wunmi. Wunmi came to his house that day, barged in and met him and his friends celebrating with guns on their table. She tried to run back, but they caught her, beat her, and raped her before they finally shot her. He said he had to do that so that Wunmi won’t tell anyone what she saw.

Man caught with dead baby boy in a suit case

  

According to sources, the incident happened at Tipper garage near Gwarimpa in Abuja, Nigeria. He was arrested on a tip off while another source said that the conductor of the bus he entered asked him to bring his suitcase so it can be packed properly  in the bus he was entering and the man refused. The conductor got suspicious and inquired to know what was inside the suitcase but the man refused to say. As he was trying to leave the bus, the conductor and others in the bus seized the suitcase and found the dead boy inside.

There is no more details on this, but as soon as anything comes out, I will let you people know asap.
