Manchester City Bad Boy and Italian Stricker Mario Balotelli(Super Mario) Is Set To Undergo Eye Surgery

The 22-year-old is no longer able to wear contact lenses and requires surgery to correct the problem.

Mancini revealed the Italian striker will  go under the knife  on Tuesday 4th of September 2012, and will not feature in City's match against QPR this weekend.

"Mario is not ready to return to the pitch yet. He no longer seems to tolerate contact lenses. He's feeling alright now, but the problem can return any time," Mancini told reporters.

We will know how long he will be out after the surgery.

Does it means D'banj has found love again ?

There have been several speculations about D’banj’s love interests; the last one linking him with the star actress, Genevieve Nnaji, who later denied any amorous relationship between herself and the self-acclaimed ‘Kokomaster’.

There are however recent indications suggesting a more-than-meets-the-eye relationship between D’banj and Adama Indimi, one of the daughters of Alhaji Mohammed Indimi, a Borno multi-millionaire.

Adama, according to sources, is a student of Lynn University, a private co-educational institution in Boca Raton, Florida, USA, which is apparently a favoured institution in her family due to the fact that three of her sisters have also passed through the American private institution.

Suspicions were raised when several tweets monitored by sources suggest that the twosome are more than just friends and something might just come out of this unraveling relationship.

Parking enforcement Official Arrest A Car Thief In Abuja, Nigeria

In a rare show of bravery, a female official of Integrated parking Services (IPS), one of the licensed companies for provision of on-street parking in Abuja on Monday facilitated the arrest of a suspected car thief at Utako.

According to an eyewitness, the parking enforcement official, Gloria Matthias, who was working at her post on Ekukinam Street Utako saw the car snatching suspect, Mr. Onyebuchi Okoye attempting to force open a Toyota Camry car belonging to a senior pastor of the Mountain of Fire Ministry Church in the area, and alerted security men posted to thechurch, leading to the eventual arrest of the car snatcher, who was handed over to the police.

Police Arrest 7 Men For The Killing Of A 7 yr Old Girl In Ebonyi State, Eastern Part Of Nigeria

Officers of the Ebonyi State Police Command, on Tuesday, announced the arrest of seven suspects in connection with the murder of a 7-year-old girl, Ukamaka Ogboji.

The victim was allegedly killed for ritual purposes on Sunday at Agubia in Ikwo Local Government Area of the state. The suspects had earlier kidnapped Ogboji for monetary gains, and then dismembered her body parts before dumping same in a cassava farm.

  

Jude Engees Okoye Of Square Records Comments On Their Split With Mr May D

Nigeria’s continental superstar Afro Hip hop duo, Psquare and brother, Jude Okoye, in an interview with BBC London, spoke on the issue between the label they own and Akinmayokun Awodumila, popularly known as May D.

Psquare was in London to perform at the HMV Hammersmith Apollo, London for the Love Afrobeat Festival, visited BBC Africa’s studios, ahead of the concert.

According to reports, the duo was responding to questions sent through Facebook, Twitter and Google+  CEO, Northside Ent. Ltd/Square Records, Jude Okoye said, “We did not sack May D. We just let him go.”

Last week, Square Records released a press statement announcing the end of their business relationship with the only other artist on their label, Mr May D. According to the statement, the split was due to the irreconcilable differences between the two parties.

Reacting to the statement, May D said “I do not know what they are talking about.”

May D was signed by the label some months ago and has released few hit tracks under the label including ‘Ile Ijo’, ‘Soundtrack’, and the remix he did with Akon and Psquare.
