As sources have it, Mr May D, who was recently dropped by the boss of Square records Jude Okoye is planning to take them to court.
A few weeks ago Mr Jude Okoye head of Square records and Northside Entertainment, released a statement terminating May D's association with the label. His music video were taken off You Tube. When sources contacted May D about the statement he claimed he was unaware of the situation and wouldn't be commenting further on the situation.
Sources are now saying May D plans to sue the record label. He is currently working with a legal team which is advising him on what to do. It is believed he wants to press charges for contract violation.
There has been no words from him as sources couldn't reach him on phone to confirm details. Insiders however assured that an official statement will soon be released shortly.
