A Lagos High Court has remanded Fred
Ajudua in prison pending the determination of a suit against him.
Mr. Ajudua, who is being prosecuted by the Economic Financial Crimes
Commissionfor Advanced Free Fraud, was ordered to be remanded by
Justice Olubunmi Oyewole on Tuesday.
