They said these are the men of the Nigerian Elite Army arriving Mali apparently they will be acting as special forces like the US and Britain. And am asking, do we really have what it takes to have an Elite Army, going by what we've seen in recent days about the police college and barracks. Well just asking, it will be interesting to know.
