Simon Cowell announced on Twitter that Britney Spears will be on the judging panel of the US version of X Factor.
Cowell said that the 30 year old world's biggest pop phenomenon of the 2000s will be with him on the judging panel to search for a new talent among tens of thousands Americans.
Britney Spears who joined Simon and the 2 other judges at a presentation in New York,said she is so excited by the whole experience and it's so different from anything she has done.
Spears and singer/actress Demi Lovato,19 will be taking over the positions made vacant by Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger whom were reportedly fired by Cowell for there disappointing first season of the show in 2011.
